1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and ppgame ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ppgame online gaming platform located at https://ppgame.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing the ppgame website, or using any ppgame services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the Service.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the ppgame Service and refrain from creating an account. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use ppgame services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration, in compliance with Republic Act No. 9287 and Philippine gaming regulations governing legal gambling age.
• You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines and physically located within Philippine territory when accessing ppgame services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or banned from gambling activities by any regulatory authority.
• You must not have previously had a ppgame account terminated for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the ppgame registration form. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify ppgame of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. ppgame reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility, and failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) ppgame account. Creating multiple accounts, whether simultaneously or sequentially, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If ppgame detects multiple accounts associated with the same individual through analysis of registration information, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, or other technical means, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void any associated wagers and winnings, and confiscate any deposits or bonuses in those accounts without liability.

3. Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

ppgame accepts deposits through authorized payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, and other electronic wallets as displayed in the cashier section of your account. The minimum deposit amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 200.00), and maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account status and chosen payment method. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP), and you are responsible for any currency conversion fees if depositing from a non-PHP source.

Deposits are intended solely for gaming purposes on ppgame. Using ppgame as a money transfer service or engaging in deposit-and-withdrawal patterns without genuine gaming activity may result in account investigation, suspension, and potential reporting to relevant authorities for suspected money laundering activities. ppgame complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (AMLA) and maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures.

3.2 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of available account balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 500.00).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. ppgame may request additional verification for subsequent withdrawals at our discretion.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any funds derived from promotional bonuses. Attempting to withdraw funds with incomplete wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• ppgame processes withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes during normal operating conditions, though actual receipt time depends on your payment provider's processing speed.

ppgame reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests or delay processing if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of these Terms, or other irregularities. We may conduct additional investigation and request further documentation before releasing funds under such circumstances.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

All Users must comply with the specific rules and regulations governing each game available on ppgame. Game rules are accessible through the information section within each game interface. By placing wagers on any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules and accept the outcome of each game round as final and binding, subject to our verification procedures.

4.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with ppgame services without human intervention.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or ppgame staff through chat functions or communication channels.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing other persons to use your account.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or engaging in money laundering activities.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from ppgame software or games.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ppgame may offer various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods, which will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied according to the specified terms.

ppgame reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotional offers, and reclaim any bonus funds or associated winnings if we determine that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, violated promotional terms, or otherwise acted in bad faith to exploit promotional offers. Examples of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinated betting with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or deliberately exploiting game features to convert bonus funds with minimal risk.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on ppgame, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, user interface designs, and the overall "look and feel" of the Service, is owned by ppgame or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The ppgame name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ppgame or our affiliates or licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ppgame services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on ppgame content or software without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use of ppgame intellectual property may subject you to civil and criminal penalties under Philippine law.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to ppgame. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ppgame services, you consent to our processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ppgame, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use ppgame services, even if ppgame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall ppgame's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to ppgame during the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim, or Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 5,000.00), whichever is greater. This limitation of liability reflects the allocation of risk between the parties and the fees paid by you to use ppgame services.

10. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

ppgame strives to provide uninterrupted service availability; however, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. Technical malfunctions, scheduled maintenance, software errors, third-party service disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or other factors beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions or degraded performance. ppgame shall not be liable for any losses arising from service unavailability, interruptions, or technical issues.

In the event of a game malfunction that affects the outcome of a wager, ppgame reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund all stakes placed on that round. All game outcomes displayed on your screen are subject to verification by ppgame's server records. In case of discrepancy between your screen display and our server records, our server records shall be deemed authoritative and final.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

ppgame reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) providing false or misleading information during registration or verification; (c) fraudulent or illegal activity; (d) failure to verify your identity when requested; (e) suspected money laundering or other criminal activity; (f) abusive behavior toward other users or staff; or (g) at our sole discretion if we determine that your continued participation poses a risk to ppgame, other users, or the integrity of our gaming operations.

Upon termination, your right to use ppgame services ceases immediately. You remain liable for all obligations incurred prior to termination. ppgame will endeavor to return your available account balance (excluding any bonus funds or disputed amounts) to your registered payment method following termination, subject to verification procedures and deduction of any amounts owed to ppgame. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and dispute resolution procedures.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ppgame, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use or misuse of ppgame services; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights; (d) any false or misleading information you provide to ppgame; or (e) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

13. Amendments to Terms

ppgame reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. For material changes, we may provide additional notice such as email notification or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of ppgame services following the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using ppgame services and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of ppgame services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or ppgame services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Manila, Philippines, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or ppgame services, you agree to first contact ppgame customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. Arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding upon both parties.

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceedings shall be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in any class action or class arbitration against ppgame. If any provision of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision or by its severance.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features of ppgame services, constitute the entire agreement between you and ppgame regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter hereof.
